Osterley Lane ends once across the Motorway to turn into a muddy tree lined track (pictured left) as it enters Osterley Park.
I generally follow the track rather than enter the park as my favourite section of Ostreley Park a wooded walk at the Western end behind Osterley House has been fenced off and rebranded 'the Woodland Walk' or some such by the National Trust who own the park and now one pays to enter. Very sad as it was just a plain old woodland walk that could be taken gratis when I was a lad. One of the trees may still have Pete and Caroline carved in it perhaps?
From the track that I follow that runs along the Eastern edge of the park I spotted these lovely beige moo horns.
