Now this is a place that I have driven around and over, cycled and walked across and cursed for several decades but have only in the last few months actually taken any notice of in any sort of positive or objective way.
Chiswick roundabout is a major junction in West London, the A4 and the A205 South Circular meet and travel around it whilst the M4 is carried over it upon the Brentford flyover (some fools call it the Chiswick flyover but as it fly's over Brentford I know what it really is!)
Chiswick roundabout is often at the centre of major frustration caused by the enormous amount of traffic that orbits it but if you stop willingly or not and look at it you will see a work of art in progress. I have no idea when the roundabout became landscaped nor when the arty lighting and Jayne Mansfield endorcement, above, appeared on it but it is dead cool. PTO
