So Kensal Green a massive Victorian graveyard built on the then outskirts of London but now swallowed up by the Capital, yet retaining a real feeling of the countryside that it once was.
The canal that runs along it is also well worth a look as it travels West past Wormwood Scrubs, Alperton, Park Royal and beyond.
To get to Kensal Green Cemetery
Go to Ladbroke Grove tube on the met line turn left and keep walking or jump on a bus (can't remember which one but go North and get of by Sainsburys and you will see the place. Alternativelty Kensal Green Bakerloo line turn left down to the Harrow Road and left again and you will be walking alongside the cemetery.
